Comprehensive Lighting Renovation Project for Esso Express Gas Stations in France

Certas Energy France has chosen Perfesco to install new lighting fixtures at its 270 Esso Express gas stations in France.
In particular, Perfesco has implemented a smart lighting management solution that generates additional savings through day-and-night-specific control combined with occupancy sensors.
On average, lighting energy consumption was reduced by 65% per gas station.

Lighting Renovation at Air France Cargo in Roissy

Perfesco designed, financed, and carried out the lighting renovation of an Air France Cargo warehouse in Roissy, deploying an innovative solution featuring smart, connected lighting fixtures.
Thanks to this project, Air France achieved energy savings of more than 80% in this facility without incurring any upfront costs. The client now benefits fromimproved lighting while ensuring greater safety for its employees.

Lighting Replacement at General Electric in Bourogne

Perfesco worked with General Electric to modernize the lighting at the Bourogne site. In addition to reducing energy consumption by approximately 80% for lighting, feedback from operators has been very positive.
Operators now benefit from improved lighting levels, which are adjusted based on the amount of natural light available. This new system also meets the site’s safety requirements.

Energy Optimization at the Toray Films Europe Facility in Saint-Maurice de Beynost

Perfesco supported Toray Films Europe in its goal of reducing energy consumption by 30% by 2030. We achieved cumulative savings of approximately 6 GWh/year by focusing on three key areas: lighting upgrades, insulation of furnace walls, and upgrades to the chilled water production system.
Beyond the energy savings achieved, these projects have also enabled Toray Films Europeto improve its production process (increased cooling capacity), as well as employee comfort and on-site safety (better lighting levels, more sustainable ambient temperatures for operators, etc.).

Engine Overhaul at Vicat in Xeuilley

Decarbonization of Heat Production at Toyota Boshoku

Perfesco supported Toyota Boshoku in decarbonizing its Somain site. Our teams replaced two gas-fired heat generation units with energy-efficient equipment: two air-to-water heat pumps and two rooftop units. The existing installations were reused as much as possible to minimize capital expenditures and environmental impact. 

This turnkey project reduced the site’s CO₂ footprint from heating by 60%, or 350 metric tons of CO₂avoided each year, while improving the site’s comfort and energy efficiency.
